Yes. In fact the license server will not send a thing over the Internet, nor answer to something that « is » not a valid Nanotimes client, so it is safe to unblock your Internet access (Windows) or open the given network port (Linux/Unix). Furthermore, as our license scheme is based on server/client requests, neither the GUI nor the simulation engine will work if you block the access to the server.
